They are really good cars.. have alot of power able to run low 13's stock in the ls1's and 13.9 stock in the lt1's.. They handle alright, interior in the pontiacs are alot better then the camaros, seats are cozy if you like that low ride, the hump on the passenger side floorboard is anoying but also comfortable at times, Its hard to see over the dash like on my firebird I cant see the lights from the driver seat when they are up.. The engine under the dash thing really sucks, shitty rear ends, other then that I love my car.. Great summer car and a real fun car to drive.. Hope this helps..

I own an 01 TA. Best car I've ever had.

1998Silverbird pretty much hit the nail on the head, but I can see over my dash. I'm a little biased, but I'd say get a TA. They just look better IMO, but I love SS's too. I'm not a big fan of Formulas or Z28's because I'm not into the whole sleeper "let me make my car fast, but it looks the exact same as a V6" thing.

BTW 95-00 are two different motors. 93-97 is the LT1 and 98-02 is the LS1. If you get an LS1 I'd suggest a 01+. They all come with the LS6 (Z06 intake mani), some come with the Z06 block (no big deal, but cool nonetheless), they came with a different cam for more low end torque, and no EGR system to hassle with.

With that said here's a couple pics of my baby.

If you have any questions you can ask me in here, PM me or hit me up on AIM @ ritz deez bia.

And do not hesitate to do your research. www.ls1tech.com has been my bible for my car at times. Every single mod I've done/bought I researched on there to see how other people liked it, etc. without going by what the company says.

And with over 2.5 million posts and knocking on the door of 40,000 members you can believe any question that you have has been answered numerous times...just search over there.

Hell I searched for "hot midget sex" for the hell of it and got 30 threads.

Haha I forgot who I was talking too at the time, but I told them you could literally search for anything and you would get atleast one thread.

So I said "Watch this". I did it and bam.
