Not unless you know how to use them. I've seen plenty of times where a car came into the shop with swirl marks and oxidation out the ass and a high-speed buffer made the car look like it just recieved a fresh coat of paint.

I use high speed buffers everyday at work. You need patience and knowledge of how to work the product. If you know what you're doing you'll never have swirls. It's the best way to go

I have attempted to use a buffer *Laughing Loudly* All that happens is my boobs shake and I get shit everywhere so...
