And no I am not just saying this because I like Nissans.

Depends entirely on how the car is setup. The problem isn't with the AWD system per say but the fact that the Skyline is a heavy car. Once its shed some pounds you'll be hard pressed to find cars that can compete ... there's a reason they were given their own class in JTC

As much as I dont want to say this, the NSX-R is the greatest performing stock japanese car of all time. Its Nurburgring lap time is faster than any other stock Japanese car.

The 1989 prototype was named 3000GT HSX. The car was renamed GTO at it's debut to the world (excluding usa.) in 1991.

It's a shame the targa version did not make production.
