I'm a big fan of Horsepowerfreaks.com. Their customer service is better than 99% of the businesses out there. They also have some very good experience with high performance cars. I'm having their bronze HPF clutch installed in my 97 right now, and while I haven't driven it yet - I did a butt load of research before buying. They make one for the MkIII, so that is my recommendation.

One thing though, they only warranty their clutch if you use the stock flywheel or the RPS flywheel. If I was going to get a lightened flywheel it would be the RPS, but I'm sticking with a stock one for now.

that's cause they dont know how to drive...SPEC actaully makes pretty good clutches.

I have always heard great things about SPEC as well. Especially their stage 3+ setups.
