I was thinking along the same lines...
I would take the house and land with the lot. I would come in and tear down the house and put a nice metal warehouse\barn there. Decide what cars\motors\assemblies I am keeping whole, tear everything else down. I would then catalog everything I am not keeping for projects and catalog it all into a database, take a picture, and store them in the correct bins on the shelves.
Set up a website to order from. Sell stuff on ebay gradually as well maybe.

Honestly, I would imagine someone like jay leno buying all that. Theres a gold mine there but you would need to a crew of like 10 people that know their shit to go through it all, tag it, and sell it.

theres a fortune there. think of all the people out there trying to do complete restoration jobs and are missing a few random pieces they cant find. Even the stuff that you couldnt sell just take to scrap yard for weight. that place would eventually pay its self off.
