3M's professional line at NAPA works for me. No swirls and glass/wet finish. It could last longer though.

Yeah I use my Lusso Oro wax on top of a layer of synthetic.

Most people don't buy it all at once. But... you order one high quality product, and it works so good you order another. Then your wheels are left out so you end up with a wheel specific cleaner, and then something for the trim, and the glass, and then some high quality rags, and then for the leather, etc etc.

Initially, I was blown away by the thought of spending $40 plus for a tiny little container of wax. Now I have a $50 bottle of wheel cleaner and a $20 bottle of glass cleaner that don't seem expensive to me. It's an odd addiction, but I've got well over $1000 worth of car care products now.

The difference in quality between an off the shelf product (even the 3M stuff) and a true professional grade product is incredible.

The inital outlay of cash cost me a couple bucks but you figure I strip and wax my car about every 3 months and I just had to buy another bottle of wax in Oct after 3 years

I've never understood this but why do you use wheel cleaner? I've never had to use a wheel cleaner on my wheels(other than if I bought them used, I'd use a water'd down simple-green solution to get the inside of the wheels(backside) to come back mint.) . Simple soap and water. (I've owned polished, white, gunmetal, flatblack and all sorts of wheels).

I need to get on a car forum religiously. I'd like to learn more than my experience has to tell me.

I useeeeeee Four Star UPP as my sealant. Easy on and Easy off. As far as a polish, Optimum polish is my goto right now. I think I've spent way too much $$ on detailing equpiment/solutions. Little by little it starts to add up.

I considered using Rejex the other day but I ended up picking up more Zaino.

I've used a lot of different products. I'm actually considering trying the Rejex on my motorcycle wheels but I can't get them spotless to begin with

I'm waiting until the beginning of the summer when I can get the curb rash out that the previous owner left me on the wheels until then I'll hold off using it on the wheels, but the body is a different story.
