Honestly though Chad, I'd go with the NSX.

By what you are saying, I should really keep driving the Integra. When the time comes, if ever and I decide to move out of the Hampton Roads area I should simply pack up the Integra and move? When I get to the new area, keep driving the Integra as my daily, saving up the money that I would be spending on a new car. Then, buy a home there once I get settled in and am sure that it's a place I want to live in? .. or, if I decide not to go, keep saving that money and drive the Integra and buy a house out here once I find one that suits me?
Exactly! Get that bankroll started.

I'm on the verge of getting my preapproval, then it's find the house time. I'm very excited... been a while coming.

o/t: Congrats Joe!

Buy a house and turbocharge the integra. It'll be fun and reliable.

If I had the loot or was in a position to purchase one(had good enough credit and made a crap ton more than I make now ) I'd own a house.

What makes you think you want to move out of this area? Job planning to transfer you or other reasons?

No, I work in the Automotive Industry for the Checkered Flag Auto Group. Been working for this company for 3.5 years and built a decent reputation for myself and have been approached by three other local dealers trying to recruit me.

I've lived in the Hampton Roads area my entire life, never had a chance to really get out and experience the World - no military experience or anything. At the age of 25 I really don't want to settle down and commit to a 30 year investment right now, knowing that things here are just okay at best, ya know? With the recent opportunity given to me to get out of this area, at the age of 25 why not take it?

With my experience in the auto industry, I shouldn't have a problem finding a job anywhere I go.
