its already painted...just sand it and paint it white...there is no need to strip it

it would look better if he stripped it, instead of sand and paint it. cuz the white woould have a light "tint" of green

or better yet when the yellow primer is covered up it will show thru on the new paint color...

No im not a painter i just started doing valve covers at the body shop here on base. this is my 3rd one i did.

painting valvecovers is retarded..... go with powder coat, you'll thank me later.

FUCK and ive been doing it wrong for all this time
actually im goin to votech to learn how to do body work and paint cars and everything....
..not to brag, but my teacher did tell me i was the best in the class too...

but im pretty sure a bit of green would show through if hes usein rattle can spray paint or he would need to use pletty of coats of paint..
