is that a factor in polishing them? If i go about sanding and doing the whole 9 yards for a good polish, what grit should I start at?

how does the power chrome look? just as good as polish or close? im iffy about changing the color. ive seen some white blades that looked good but thats about it, and I dont like white wheels
