Saw this story this morning on CNN.com. I think it's somewhat cool looking. Would I drive it, of course, 230mpg is pretty sweet. The only question is this.... is it going to take 10 million miles to pay for itself? In that case, I wouldnt.

Well it depends on a lot more than just looks. Granted, it being a smaller vehicle the impact will kill you (snap your neck).

I would say it's safer than some cars, but not all cars. But, we will never really know until a test is done. It can be designed beyond our current safety standards, then if it fails them all, we know their design was junk

230mpg surely beats my 21.3 mpg...

 

are you getting 21.3 on avg in your DSM? Im getting avg. 23.5/24. I ended up with 26.9 after the Poker Run. Gonna see if I can break into the 30 mark this summer ^_^

 

As long as it had A/C, I'd drive it as a commuter.

 

Interesting... I would definitely use it for commuting!
