I have seen the evo at the tokyo motor show,and it is bad ass, but my Type r is still faster,better!!!

Question is does more horsepower and less torque make a faster car?? either way the STI Owns IMO

 

Hate to say it but id take the sti, if the vw made more power id take that though

 

the sti is lighter and more or just as powerful than its competition the VW is nice cus it has a simpler cleaner look, and the evo i dunno just doesnt look too great to me. the new sti doesnt look the greatest but with some small changes to the exterior it would look great(maybe a blacked out grille and bumper accents and a lower stance) Question is it doesnt really look like there would be any room for a front mount on this car?

 

I dont see that shit bumper staying for people wo have gone far enough to really benefit from a front mount.

But i agree...small stuff makes it look o so much better...For instance:

 

insideline on edmunds did a comparison between the 2 japanese spec cars and claimed the new sti faster this time. But my vote is for the evo. not a fan of 5 doors.

Damn, the sti is catching the evo, last few hours of the poll left. After seeing the cars in modified form since starting the poll, I have to conclude that the evo wins, just my opinion.
