where are they getting their country flags?!

Angry where are they getting their country flags?!
I see all the puerto ricans hanging mini flags from their rear view windows where in the world are they getting them?! i can never ask cuz i'm always stuck in crazy amount of traffic Where do you get these flags? i need a Repubilca Dominicana flag.

reuter, its cuz i mean....where diffrent. we have to represent our countrys because we aren't there you know? reminds us of who we are. Do you really have to rep america when your in america?
