are you fucking serious small sectors of hampton can be quite ghetto compared to entire cities in this area (portsmouth and norfolk) which in themselves have a higher percentage of "rough" "tough" or "ghetto" areas/neighborhoods. please

hampton sucks ass. the only time i go back is to eat at chillis (which will be changing soon since theyre building one on jefferson) and to see friends who live deep in fox hill by the water and go boating
