Hey everyone,
I just got back from Juvenile court today (Im 17) for a speeding ticket I got back in April. I had Judge Taylor. Anyways, she gave me driving school and gave me an orange flyer that said call this number immediately to schedule.

Well they dont have any openings that I can get to because I am going off to Tech in August (their earliest opening) and the only two open sessions they have are in August and both have the last day of driving school not less than two or three days after the day I have to leave for Tech.

What should I do? I have to have it done by Dec. 9. Also, I cant go to whatever driving school I want? She kept saying that she just loves this driving school, its soo great etc etc because I guess her kid and her had to go to it.

Suggestions?

Have you tried calling the court and telling them? It'd probably be a good 1st step :P

 

yea call them and tell them the situation usually the first driving school you go to is at the courthouse so thats probly the one shes speaking of but call and tell them and you should be able to take one anywhere as long as the information gets sent to dmv and the courts

 

I called around and gave whoever's answering machine I landed at the story and I got a call a few minutes ago from some woman with a thick accent up in Richmond telling me she scheduled me in and if the instructor has a problem with it to "call the register in Richmond". cool
