My condo is going up for sale soon, but I might rent it out. It's 2 masterbed rooms, each w/ walk in closet, and shower/sink/toilet (in each room). It has a washer and dryer, and AC. I'd like to sell it for around $65k or rent out for about $700.00 water is free Electric/Cable is all you pay for. I'm located right down the street from VR4-evers place..lol (on the nice side) of Newtown and Baker. Near Club Picasso's and Next Level Perf.. If anyone is interested let me know, it should be ready by the end of next month.

I don't know the name off the top of my head and I don't pay attention to the sign when I drive home everyday go figure. But I could tell you where they are located.

take 264 to lynnhaven north I think it is. It's the exit that takes you away from the mall.
Once you get to va becah blvd take a right.
Get all the way to the left hand lane.
Take a left of great neck and an immediate left.
Should take you down the road that runs by the ruby tuesday's.
Go all the way down you will pass some townhomes on the left hand side the apts are past them.

Hope these directions are good enough. If I was a little more observant I could probablly tell you the name but I don't pay attention half the time when im driveing down that road except to make sure that there aren't any little kids that could run out in the road.

That's a good neighborhood. It gets even better at the end of baker rd. (My condo.)

No such animal.

You can get that for a grand, but not 800. Try looking around ODU (as opposed to Ghent)
