I'm considering moving out soon - if I got a roomie it would be a three bedroom deal, we'd obviously pay more for the extra room (nursery). What's up?

The apartments I stay are relatively inexpensive. I think we pay 630 for a two bedroom and the only thing that's not covered is electric and cable. Water is included in the price of rent. Only thing that sucks is you gotta go to the laundrymat to wash the clothes. But oh well.

I am also starting to shop, I want to be out of my house (and have it sold) by september, I decided buying a house was a bad idea, it makes me feel like I am permanently stuck in VA... I am looking for good property (read: nice area and neighbors) good location for around 800 a month for a 2 bed 2 bath or a nicer bigger 2 bed 1 bath. preferably ghent or bayview, or close to downtown and base....
