Dude why don't you just put 100 octane in your car they sell it at a sonoco. I can't remeber where it is but it is close my freind get's it all the time. It's way cheaper then the stuff you run like 5 bucks a gallon.
By the way 564 is over as soon as you get there you get kicked out. The races are now watched by cops so that spot has pretty much been killed.
If anybody know which sonoco has it let me now I will try to find my freinds number and I will get the location.

100 octane race fuel from that sunoco, just east of military highway on indian river by the way, is five bucks a gallon.

adding 15 dollar a gallon xylene, one gallon of it to ten gallons of 93 oct. pump gas gives me 95 octane.

that would give me a total of 11 gallons of fuel. apparently you either haven't had a math class or don't know how to operate a calculator, so i will break it down for you.

15 + (2.5 x 10) = x

x/11 = 3.63

so that makes it cost me 3.63 or so a gallon to run 95 octance fuel in my car.

that is a lot cheaper than 5 bucks a gallon for teh 100 octance race fuel.

in fact, since i know that you're math impaired, it is roughly one dollar and thirty seven cents cheaper to run the way i do. I also do not run xylene all the time, if i ran race gas all the time, i woul be tuning for it and always have to run it.

when i'm not running xylene, i pull a bit of timing and add a touch of fuel.

granted, i'd be making more power on race fuel, but to me the cost/benefit ratio doesn't make sense.

get all that? good. class dismissed.

in my honest opinion..if you arent putting down anywhere close to 400rwhp,fwhp,or awhp...putting higher octane gas in your tank,is just going to make you look stupid when you get your doors blown off by someone running 91.

if people worried about their suspension, tires, and hooking up,as much as some people worried about octane on fuel, street racing would be a lot more fun, rather than seeing someone spin through 3rd gear.

but anyways..ill be out..i want to run mike..lets see if his Sohc turbo hatch really did beat me.
