Depending on where they're from, many tourist like to park on Oceana Blvd and watch the jets.
There's also First Landing (formerly Seashore) state Park. Aside from that, winter doesn't leave much to do in Virginia Beach for tourists.
You definitely should take them into Norfolk, and Olde Towne Portsmouth.
