An SRT-4 costs a little more than an SVT Focus, the SVT Focus handling is comparable. The SRT-4 is faster, the SVT is more comfortable/nicer. It depends on what you want.
edit: and saying they missed the "sport-compact bandwagon", when they produced one of the best sport-compact's available is ignorant. Do everyone a favor and stop attempting to act like you know anything about automobiles that aren't RWD American V8's. That's obviously the only thing you can attempt to make semi-coherant conversation about.

I don't like the Focus...end of story. They should have made it with a turbo or an S/C which would have made it that much more impressive. They had the ability...Ford has been producing cars like that in Europe for years.
And I still like the 959.

The way that car handles is fun!! My girl had a ZX3 and man I was surprised how that thing rides!! So is the Saleen focus a real Saleen??
