OMFG. I'm so glad he got it back mostly together. So he kissed the wall at Langley Wednesday, and then it was stolen Friday. Not a good week.

I'm sort of in a debate on this, but in Virginia, does an officer need probable cause to run someones license plate? Or can he run anyones without any reason? Thanks,

Trust me I am right this is my job I deal with running plates everyday. If a cars tags were ran and it came back to a van like I said in my initial statement, They would pull you over and say that you failed to signal or anything petty like that. Then it is your word against his.
