See, I can't believe that. For example, you have a truck with a plate that comes back to a honda accord. You're saying if they don't break any laws, they could just keep driving? No, I don't think so. Its still possible you're right, but I just don't believe this, so I'm gonna email and see what they say. I always understood it as plates are property of the DMV and the plates are public record.
This is what I sent, I'll wait for a response.
I'm sort of in a debate on this, but in Virginia, does an officer need probable cause to run someones license plate? Or can he run anyones without any reason? Thanks,

so I go outside this morning and bam the fucking cars gone. Doors were locked and no glass was broken.a Keep a look out for a 97 gsr integra, green in color with ls meshes, plates say slo gsr.
