STOLEN CAR in york county
I just want all this stealing shit to end, and im pretty sure it will never end, people work hard and deserve to have nice things and i think its pretty fucked up that lazy ass bums are driving around with everyone else's hard earn money in their engine bays and will probably never get what they deserve because of lack of interest by the police and also people that dont have enough respect to man up and rat a mother fucker out.
Im just gonna sell my car and get a yugo or station wagon, im tired of this shit, somewhere someone is making bank off of other peoples blood sweat and tears, i personally dont know how it feels to wake up and have my car gone and out of sight, but i do know how it feels to wake up and see that my car is on cinder blocks and no longer has wheels because apparently i dont deserve to spend my hard earned money on nice things, especially something as little as Si wheels.

I just saw on Honda-tech that Henry's turbo ITR was just found in Suffolk too. I didn't even realize it was him posting on HT. FUCK.
Henry, I'm glad they found it.

Brock is exactly right, In order to run someone information(IE. Registration, Social Security Number or Drivers License) through the V.C.I.N Which stands for Virginia Criminal Information Network You must have some criminal offense that occurred. Now this could be anything like parked illegal or tag light out on your license plate, or no seatbelt or failure to signal. A cop will run your plate at a red light and if it comes back stolen he will find probable cause to pull you over or just pull you over and say that he ran your plate because you failed to signal or were driving to close it is your word against his.
This is what I sent, I'll wait for a response.
I'm sort of in a debate on this, but in Virginia, does an officer need probable cause to run someones license plate? Or can he run anyones without any reason? Thanks,
Joe
