yah i can understand why they have state inspections, but i still see other cars besides "the wanna-be performance cars" with unsafe equipment.

i still see jalopies with freshly new inspection stickers....old cars with faulty leaf springs(rear is higher than the front of the car as if tha car had hydraulics but tha shocks are just dead)

Just because the rear of a car is higher than the front of a car doesn’t mean anything. If that were the case virtually every car rolling off the assembly line now is flawed.

And springs, not shock absorbers control the ride height.
