Place to resurface rotors

I've actually got 2 sets of rotors that I'd like to get resurfaced. First is a set of stock EM2 (2001+) Civic rotors. They are already off of the car. The other is a set of ProStop rotors. They're slotted and dimpled and are currently on the car. They look and feel to be glazed over and just don't really stop worth a damn. Brake pads are relatively new, so I know it's not them.
Anybody know of a place (preferably in Virginia Beach or Norfolk) that can go ahead and resurface these? If it's easier for them, I can get the rotors off of the car. Wouldn't take too long at all.

I believe they used to charge 15 bucks a rotor
honest people as well and will measure the thickness and let you know if they can be done before they start the work
