Alternators and starters from chains like Pep Boys and Advanced Auto are garbage. They last 9 months tops. The only thing they have going for them is that you can keep exchanging them.

 

no one stays working at pep boys if they are worth a shit (well...there are some that stay, for unknown reasons) their parts are junk.

I was offered a 2nd assistant manager position. I left and became a delivery driver for Bap Geon. Yes it's that bad where I'd rather drive around a Toyota Echo all day and deliver parts.

yeah....i used to work there too.....seriously, if you go in there and just talk to the store manager or service manager....cause really nobody else can do shit for you....if you just talk to the store manager or service manager and you go in there kinda pissed, they'll help you out.....

but i wouldn't go there anyway....fuck pep boys.....get your shit done somewhere else.........
