Only thing that worked for me when I had to change my license over to NY State. DMV's and Post Offices up here are insane. You think they're rude in VA? HAH!

That shit doesn't work at the one on Widgeon Rd. because everyone thinks like that and you end up in a line wrapped around the building.

I do all my stuff at my mom's DMV back in south hill.. no line. w00t!

(i use the one beside target off indie/princeann if i HAVE to do something out here.)
