It isn't calm, but its hella better than here. Way more to do and no where near as many fat ass pigs wearing shit they shouldn't thinking they are god's gift to men. I hate some fat bitches and there sure are and abundance of them around here. Luckily there are almost enough young, dumb navy guys to bag them all too.

Stay in San Diego, enjoy the awesome weather, gorgeous blond silicone, and they occasional trips to Tijiuana for the donkey shows.

Believe it or not, San Diego is actually quite boring. The beaches are bare, but you can always go out there and chill. Downtown and Pacific Beach has a lot of bars and clubs but that scene gets old after a while. The Casinos out here suck. There are lots of cars out here, but no tracks and no meets. Ppl are afraid to get there shit stolen. So San Diego is a dead boring town. Los Angeles on the other hand is 10 million times better. So much to do, you can never do it all.

Bring a fast car huh....

Well my hatch only runs a 13.3 @ 104 mph on street tires, and only makes 172 whp; but we can take to the roadcourse or autocross.

My Firebird is in the process of a rebuild. Still waiting on parts, and then I will begin the teardown and rebuild.

Im actually a VA native, but not familiar with the VA beach area; so it will definitely be nice to check out a new area and meet some new ppl. Im relocating for my job and will be finishing my engineering degree at ODU.

-Are there any meet spots? How often?
-Any tracks nearby?
-What are some good bars and restaurants?

The only car I ever ran went 16.4, had a car capable of 10's but it dont mean shit. Dont be a douche and you're fine. There are spots where people chill but it depends on what you're looking for, ricers abound are everywhere as im sure you know, but quality people are hard to find. the only track I go to is VMP, bout an hour and a half from me(chesapeake), and good bars and restaurants depend on what you're looking for. I know of a couple good sushi places if you're into that.

Obviously you havent been to San Diego in awhile. There is nothing here but fat latino chicks that think they are hot. You must be thinking of Orange County.

The weather here though is top notch.

So the closest track is VMP in Dinwiddie? Thats kinda far off. Nothing closer? Where are the autocross events held there?

Im down to meet good ppl. Ppl I can trust to come by and hang out, work on cars and drink a few beers.

As far as restaurants and bars, Im not that picky. Just list me off a few good places.

Rick, there is a bunch to do. autocrosses are semi-frequent from what i recall (not my cup of tea right now). Dinwiddie is the closest 1/4, but we always go down to Northeast Dragway in NC which is only like 40 minutes away. Hit me up when you get back, i'd like to see the so popular LS.

You're in luck if you're into autocross. Pungo airfield is practically right around the corner, but as far as 1/4 mile tracks go... you're going to have to drive a ways. Welcome, Va Beach sucks.

By the way, do you have any pics of your car(s)?
