hey guys i been seeing some cars on here and been told by Dunkums Machine Shop that Ernie is pretty much the local engine builder for the 757 area. Looking to build a gsr here in the next year. I would like to do it but if i dont feel good about it i have heard hes the guy to see.

Any one out there vouch for him?

Dunkums does all our Machine work for the shop. Pretty decent guys down there. If you want someone who only does high power import motors, you might want to check out some other places, though.

They do great work, but I've no experience with any modified stuff from them.

no where in his post did he say he was getting dunkums to build his motor....he SAID dunkums TOLD him about ernie and he is looking for other to vouch/vouvh for ernie

If this helps, I've only heard good things about 'ErnieBuilt'. I actually have a JDM GSR tranny with an OBX LSD that Ernie installed the LSD into. The guy I got the tranny from said everything worked good-haven't used it myself-and that he'd used Ernie more than once. Jus my .02...

i didnt realize i spelled it wrong in the title of the thread, but i did spell it right in the post. i was just helping the guy out cause he didnt know what vouch was.
