erigs is not a skilled position. sort yes, if its a 5way sort. anyhow, skilled or no skill, that shall be gone for your little bldg come Sept. Noone will be skilled, because it wont take skill to know your colors or read numbers..Also, one guy will be loading up to 5 trucks...So, that cuts back your loaders on the belt.

The add'tl pay raise the F/T are gettin will bring them to 26 not 29 an hour..

Ive been there for 13 years, make 18.10 an hour to basically do nothing and I keep on top of "my" pay..So I know Im not getting shafted..

all i know is im all ready skilled and got it by erigs doesnt matte rto me im bout to get my yearly raise to 11$ a hour i could care less about the slack ass new guys that keep comming up in our building
