sorters and unloader make the same pay if your considered skilled which most everybody is besides the shitty ass new hires. yea its hard work like jeremy said 4:15 rolls around mighty early.

A F/T driver will start out at 14.50 an hour unless otherwise making more..Then they are slotted into the pay rate accordingly..
Look at it like this....One gets paid from 11.50-25 bucks an hour to deliver a freaking box..How hard is that.

hey man i think ups is cutting your pay short. and there are skilled positions still. unloaders are non skilled, erigs belt works and sorters are skilled positions.you start out 8.50 make a 50 cent raise after 30 days and after you get a skilled job u get a dollar raise. by the end of your first year you should make 10 a hour.
2nd my driving record keeps me from driving the truck.
3rd they did up the pay when they signed the new contract. goes into effect next year.
