I dont think lake james isnt that bad, seems like a middle class neighborhood, maybe the adjoining neighborhood, brandon, maybe the cause of some of the problems if any.

I almost had my rims stolen once at like 5am when I heard like 2 guys yelling hurry up...then the alarm went off so they all jumped back in their car..i reported it but nothing ever happend with it..but really when u see the red light u should know its gonna go off!
