that's not the part i quoted. my car won't do 120 mph, my governer kicks in @ 110, and i believe it's because of my 3.73 gears. and besides, i've undergone severe ownage by a civic before.

never revved at anyone and hardly ever raced, yet people have a need to go 20 mph faster than me no matter what the conditions. it's like they think just because they are currently moving faster than me they are, in fact, faster than me. nobody needs to do 60 on hampton blvd, specially not some chrysler cirrus

I would hazard a guess and say that the cavy in question has one or more of the following typical items:
1. Ridiculously unnecessary wing.
2. Altezzas.
3. Primer/unpainted silly body kit.
4. Etc., Etc. we all get the point.
