fixed. There are pleanty of guys like myself that do great work in their back yards.....But if warranty is what you are looking for in a engine with med/high mileage....Go buy yourself a new car. You will always take a gamble on a used engine.

yea i know, but i blown 3 trannys and had lifetime warrenty on them so all i had to pay was the covercharge(work) of 100 bucks for a 3 grand tranny and work charges, but im looking more into mazda motors because i do have a mazda as well as a nissan. i bought a MX3 from this guy outside of jacksonville and it had some motor problems, and it had a v6 in it its a 94 MX3 and i wanted to do a swap in it because someone said there was a motor you could swap in it

the V6 in it is the smallest V6 ive ever seen, the 1.8L right? not sure what swap youre thinking about, and im almost positive the KL-ZE wont fit in, but i havent had my mazda in years. anyway, there is a great mazda shop in Chantilly that does RX7's and Miatas, im sure they could help you if you wanted to make the drive. As for as 2k, thats gonna be hard to find for good work.
