Do it yourself, it's not too hard if you have the right tools. I will actually be taking out my H22 shortly to swap in a new built block (so i can up the boost), me and a few friends will be doing it. It should take about a weekend and that is all. It is pretty much disconnecting lots of hoses and wires. Since you are going from a a h23 to a h22, you will need the right ecu and everything so make sure you have that. PM me if you have any questions.

If you really want a shop to do it, get DLB1994 to do it, he is on this forum and could get it done in much less than a month. Plan on spending at least $70/hr wherever you go.

Talk to Derron - DLB1994, he's your Honda swappin specialist. He's a good guy, and I've never heard any complaints from anyone whose dealt with him, either.

personally i would rather screw something up doing it myself that way i don't have anyone to blame, but me. I'm sure you can find somebody that knows how to swap a honda motor around here to help you. Honestly its one of the easiest motor swaps you can do. Oh and get a helms manual.

the truth of the matter is that you're probably better off doing it yourself then having a shop do it, at least that's the case around here.

if u trying to get a shop to do it pm me ill take care of u

Not saying u cant do it your self but u do have to wire it up since the h23 has external coil and the h22 has internal in the dist plus u have to wire up vtec and it comes down to the year of the swap and if its jdm or not if any of you has mess with p13 ecus its not like a p28 u have to wire every thing up or u will have a code(engine light)

To me it seems like every one i know that did there own swap for the 1st time they have so many things go wrong and they be under the hood every day for the next few weeks trying to find out why there vtec don't work or why they have a engine light and why the car done idle right always something, I have had so many cars come to me I had to go back and fix there mess up's lol

And i can have your car back to u with in 2days after dropped off
