So I had really good luck finding a room-mate here a year ago. Since John moved out, heres the deal. We have a 3 bedroom,2 bathroom at the Four Seasons off of Magruder and were looking for a room-mate.


Amenties Include;

• Newly renovated with new carpet
• new appliances
• new cabinets in the kitchen.
• 1270 Square Feet
• Walk in closets

Things me and my room-mate will be brining are the following;

• Big Screen with Entertainment center (Surround Sound, Xbox 360, Tons of DVD's)
• Furniture set for the living room
• Eating utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, etc
• Wireless setup

Things we expect you to be -

• Professional
• Drug Free - Smoking is allowed, it WILL however be done OUTSIDE with the door closed, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS
• No Pets (things that live in cages EG hamsters are OK, FERRETS ARE NOT)
• Generally Clean (were not suzy home-makers, were two guys, but be somewhat clean)
• Able to afford rent and bills - If you are habitually late on them, you will be asked to leave.

One downfall to this apt is there is no washer and dryer, however there is a laundary facility right next to our unit. (washer and dryer HOOKUPS alone made the apartment an extra $180 per month and in our opinion, not worth it)
