it's a 1200 square foot apt iwth washer/dryer/dishwasher, carpeted floors, a/c, gas heat in the winter, parking and trash dumpster. fitness center and pool in the community. rent is 387.50 per person per month, even if i switch to another apt around here that rent will remain in that range. the power bill runs about 40 bucks a month to 50 in the winter, and marginally higher in the summer due to a/c. dsl/phone is 36 per person a month. the apt is two bedrooms, both roughly the same size. very spacious. quiet neighborhood in the sense that there's no loud music or sirens screaming every night. located right ntext to 64 and 4 miles from 95. another 3 miles west and you hit 288. several restaurants, malls, and shops within a few miles of the place as well. it's off parham/broad in the west end.
