^ I think I may go that route... I'm going to try it and see if I can break the bolts free, if not I'm good to go... If it doesn't work I can try to get it welded.

I have used that stuff before. It works great! I use JB weld as more of a reference, there is better stuff out there, i just can't think of any right now.
