you shoulda competed at the one in richmond a few weeks ago. i heard there were like 3 contestants that signed up lol. i found out and drove out there it was over in a matter of like 10 minutes.



i beat juggle and skratch...not a pro by any means but i know a little somethin somethin. i can do the drumming but, i only got like 3 variations of drumming lol

You guys might want to look into renting a hotel ballroom for this because it would probably be big.

 

I would be down.. but I havent touched the decks in about a year, I would be a little rusty but should be able to pick it back up pretty fast..

 

i beat jungle and do some scratches. I'm not that flashy type of dj but i'm really fluent with my mixes. I can set up tomorrow in my crib but with a small crowd though.

that would be nice. I used to spin and swap vinyls back in centreville a few years ago. not sure if its still around. but if there is a big one set up down in vabeach, im down

The tables are pretty old, not the best but it will work. I have the Gemini PT2100 and Stanton Str8-80 with a Gemini Excecutioner 10 mixer. I don't know anyone here personally (this is my first thread) but willing to meet up. Back in NYC where I started djing, I used to dj for house parties and a local pub. And when I moved to cali, I did some gigs in Tijuana, Mexico. I have my set here and its just sitting around. I spun and try to polish my skills but its kinda boring just spinning the tables alone. So pm if you are really interested.

 

i guess no one wants to spin tonite so.. i'm calling it off.. I'll prolly do it again next weekend. Pm me if you want to do a session next weekend.
