Ya know, I don't really have a clue! I do know the new carb isn't anywhere near right, but that'll be corrected tonight hopefully. I did hear a tire rub going into turns 1 & 2. Coming out of three and four I looked into the mirror and saw all kinda of smoke. It looked real blue like tires. With as stiff as the car is, I'm kinda wondering if the posi unit is giving up and lifting the inside tire letting it spin. I'll be all under it tonight looking for shiny spots where the tires are (hopefully) rubbing.

That's one of the things we're looking at next year. Instead of an A and B main, we looking at implementing a Pro and Hobby class. Big motor, sticky tires, lots of suspension work will put you into the Pro class. Also looking at adding a novice class for REAL noobies. I'd also personally like to see the finals go to a best two outta three with lanes being switched. We used to do it that way "back in the day".
I'm sure that I have the least, if not close to the least HP out there.

Hell man, Come on out, we'll let ya run with whatever class you want! Just bring the damn thing out there at least once before the years over! Especially YOU were the one that lobbyed for the "drop two events" clause!

Life has been just too hectic here lately. New baby and work sending me on the road every other week has been keeping me really busy.
I will do my best to get back out there. It's killin' me reading about the good times and not being able to participate.

I don't think he is quite that bad, but the night is definately more entertaining when Dale does the commentary. He knows so much more about the cars, and he is pretty funny.

Thanks Guys, that means a lot to me. Ron ain't so bad, he's just from a different era. Of course he ain't THAT much older than me, but I've been hooked up with the sports car clubs for nearly 30 years (DAMN!) so I may be a little more in touch with the cars. The only thing I try to do differntly is to get the crowd involved. And I can't believe we now actually have people cheering FOR Carlos! He's pretty cool too, though. C'mon Wednesday! I hate being off on Saturdays, the Legends don't run this week. I got bored too easy! Wait, I got a carb to play with.......
