I need another roomie!!
Me and my roommate are moving into a new house next month, we have 3-5 houses we are tring to deside on so I cannot tell the address or anythng as of yet. The areas are between Kempsville/Centervill/Volvo area of Va beach/Chesapeak and Granby area of Norfolk. My roomie is in the Navy and almost never at home.. even if he is not out to sea, he's on call meaning he has to spend the night on the ship, or he's out somewhere with his girlfriend. That is why we desided to get a 3-4 bedroom place and have 3 people total living there...I am sick of no one being at my house..ever. This was when he is gone for 4-6 months in a row the house is not dead. All you will need to bring is whatever you want to put into your bedroom. I will have a lease done for you to cover you and myself legally.. lease will be for 1 year.
- Location: Kempsville/Volvo area of Va beach OR Granby area of Norfolk
- Move date: Middle/End of May 2007
- Rent cost: 500-600 (depends on the house we end up getting)
- What do you get: You get your own room , and you share a bathroom with either me or the other roomie , fullly loaded living room with system system/42" plasma/Xbox 360/Wii/every tv channel including movies and HD/etc , wireless high speed internet , washer and dryer in the house , etc...all you need is your bedroom stuff and a toothbrush hell i'll give you a tooth brush.
- Rules: All smoking is done outside i dont car if it is -10 out there if you want to smoke deal with the temp , no drugs in my house of any kinda , parties are okie from time to time but 30+ people at my place 3-4 nights a week is not going to cut it. You can call me a square if ya want, but i've had my run ins with the law and im done with all that bs.. <3

...if we get a 4-5 bedroom (we might) i could allow anotehr person there for less then a year. i will let you know when we pick out the house.
i jus want 3 people(me+roomie+1 person) playing rent for a year so i dont get screwed and have to use all my cash on rent.... the point of getthing this new place is to save some cash, ;D
