ya, my friends Wife was driving home at 9:30 pm and got pulled. She's 24 or 25 i cant remember. but he just gave her a warning.

and my belief is that the curfew is there, 1-so people dont die in the dark, and 2-cops dont stay at those traffic lights with no power all night. they have other, more important shit to do. so they inforce a curfew that will have the least number of cars on the street possible, so they dont have to monitor the lights as much. (my theory)

yeah newport news and york county aren't fucking around with this curfew, My girlfriend told me it's either an 800 dollar fine or a night in jail, and it's strictly enforced.

brandon drove home from my house around.. hmm.. 12 something? through york co. to NN and he didnt get a ticket. when we were coming home around 12, there were SO many people out.. so.. i dunno..
