Not too strictly i would assume. I mean think about it, by invoking fear in everyone, most people just stay off of the road because of the consequences of possibly being pulled over. Which means that the roads during that time are practically empty, ( i would know, i was out late, sshhhhhhhhhhhhh). So because you arent in immediate danger from other vehicles, then there shouldnt really be a reason for cops to pull you, unless they want to be dicks, which most want to be, especially if u have a modded car. So, do so at your own risk, but your talkin to someone who has did it and nothin happened to me.

well, considering the streets were pitch black..........no. If they were there, they didnt bother chasing me down. If i were you all though, i wouldnt push your luck. This shit might start getting serious, there are just way too many people without power, and some people are getting fucked up ideas. Some kids in a richer neighborhood next to mine that call themselves a gang, have been stealing shit from out of our houses. So im'a put it like this, anyone rolls up in my crib, that dont belong there, im'a see how many BB's yo ass can take, thats how this gangsta rollz.

just depends on the cop i guess. My sister was riding with one of her friends and they got pulled for what seemed like no reason. He asked for their I.D.s and when he saw that my sister was breaking curfew he put her in handcuffs, and took her down to the station where one of my parents had to pick her up.
