I Would have to say york county would probably be the best area, and property taxes are the lowest in the area(less than half of newport news or hampton) but if she is interested in buying, I would be happy to help out in anyway I can

Well, Jeremy (bowlcut), his wife and Dave (dave22) live back there and it's very nice. It seems the opposite of college student territory IMO. Atleast where they live.
