Totally...gated community with its own police force!

but for real, if your friend is gonna make 50k a year, then have em move to york county, or the colony pines/windsor great park area of denbigh.

50k/year i dont think will cut it for colony pines or york county, those are 300k+

kiln creek is a nice community with a lot of nice houses. otherwise, yorktown it also a good solution

York county, That is all....My neighbor hood is nice and quiet and 50k a year you could def swing it..they sell from like 150-170 2-3 bedrooms 5 minutes from suttle
