Reign is a good place for real hip hop. Dj B from 103 Jamz spins there on thurs nights.
Farenheit is good too. Dj Jey One knows his stuff. hes there on tues for college night but its usually good on sat too.
Scotty Quixx is another good place to go for nice music fri and sat.
these are all in downtown norfolk.
Excess at the beach has real good music too. Audio Ammo is probly one of the best Dj crews in the area. only thing about excess is the crowd of ppl there tend to suck. its hot as fuck inside too

 

I giggle on Mondays when I come to work and see the 24893943 ghetto ass flyers littering the BofA parking garage from this place.

Places I would go..

- Scotty Quxx (on granby street in norfolk)
- Peabody's is okie SOMETIMES (ocean front you cant miss it)
- the 'Block' Chichos, Crazy Chariles, Sandbar, Edge, HammerHeads.. (ocean front like on the strip)
- Catch31 kinda classy but it's good if you want to just chill.(end of the strip in the hilton)
- Sevens (not opened yet) also on granby,
- Granby theater on granby but im not sure when they are opening back up yet they only said "july" i dont know a date yet.


Shitholes = Bar, Have a Nice Day, Time, Envy, Hook up , Retro..

peabodys SOMETIMES yes, it's always got a good amount of people even when other places are dead, DJ is on point (some nights) and it's smoke free.. SMOKE MOTHER FUCKIN FREE!!
