Go up to tcc and get an application for Norfolk Naval Shipyard and apply. They pay for all your school and books and you dont even have to have the money up front. The bad thing is they only hire in April-late July. But you start off at $11.75 or more. I've been there for four years as an electrical engineer tech. I make about $2000-$2500 every two weeks depending on overtime. And your health insurance covers your whole family and retirement plan is crazy mine is already $30,000 and I still have like 25years to go.
