Anyone ever did a head gasket on 97 dodge neon? How difficult is it? Anything to look forward to doing it?

never done a dodge, but i think the same rules apply.

just remove all lines going to the head. make sure you block off fuel lines so you dont get fuel everywhere, remove the head, remove the gasket, replace, and then do the opposite.

on my car the fuel lines have a clamp. unscrew clamp, remove line. make sure you torque the head down in the right sequence and to the right specs.

yeah, my fuel lines were just clamped. like justin said, remove the clamp, and remove the hose.

also like he said, there are specific torque amounts for each head bolt, and you have to do them in the correct sequence, with the correct torque, otherwise it would be necessarily the best thing to happen. and i would give you a hand, but im headed out of town this weekend. sorry.
