I went to blue horseshoe for mine.
They are on the pricey side, but they are great at their work, walk you through everything, answer all questions before and after, and offer a fading guarantee.

I'm not quite sure how Slamm Draggon is grimey? They have music playing, some pool tables, and since you like cool people then I'd say most of them are pretty cool. All of their needles are brand new and workspaces are very clean and being there 3+ hours at a time, multiple times I saw them clean their work area EVERY time they were finished with someone.
