good local tattoo artist / parlor
i don't know what shop the guy works for now, but I've had good experiences with a guy named josh brown, in richmond. It's been too long so I can't remember what shop this is because I didn't write that down but i've kept his address ever since I was 18. 917 W Grace St. (2nd floor). richmond, va 23320 804-355-8001
I'm saying the pic that you had is VERY common cherry creek flash (I think) and everyone has it. Use it as a guide for what to get, dont copy it exactly. As far as being large or not, I dont know how far you want to go, and I didnt when i started, but I always tell people, if you think it might be to big, it's not, because when you get the itch, and get more, it will be to small, and adding to a tat can look aqward.
i went in to ancient art this afternoon because i was right there.... and i got a price quote.
im going to slamm dragon tommorow....
and im going to call around those richmond shops and fax over a picture of the idea.... see what they say...
but either way.... saturday at 10:30.... me, kitty, and one other friend of mine are getting ink'd.
Why dont you just come by my house now, Mako practically lives here since he dates my sister. Im sure he will talk with you, and give you a better price then you just walking through the front door as a stranger.
