i don't know what shop the guy works for now, but I've had good experiences with a guy named josh brown, in richmond. It's been too long so I can't remember what shop this is because I didn't write that down but i've kept his address ever since I was 18. 917 W Grace St. (2nd floor). richmond, va 23320 804-355-8001

+1 for Sketch. He did my wife's tattoo and it turned out awesome. Slamm Dragon is located at King Street and Mercury.
